The hubs and I spent most of the day today in Waikiki visiting with friends who are here on holiday. We enjoyed some mai-tais with lunch at the beachside restaurant Shore Bird, then stopped at the Yard House for some brews before watching a gorgeous sunset from Waikiki Beach. A few hours later as we were heading back over the hill to the Windward side, we decided to stop at Pa’ina Cafe for something to nosh on. I opted for the salad poke bowl and the hubs got a nicoise salad with seared ahi on top. Both were delicious, the ahi was fresh and the dressings were very flavorful. The staff at Pa’ina Cafe were courteous and friendly, and we will definitely be back to try many of the other things on their menu.
